a-tune software, a provider of innovative data management solutions in biomedical research and development, announced today the availability of a new collaboration feature for its tick@lab software product allowing a streamlined workflow for genotyping using the Transnetyx automated genotyping services.
tick@lab data can now be easily exported to create new Transnetyx orders using the Excelerate feature found in Transnetyx QuickOrder. The genotyping results, with the Transnetyx translator, are reformatted automatically to be loaded into tick@lab without manual data entry.
