Integrate File Storage

Store files in an external file management system using a-tune File.Manager. Provided as an additional module to a-tune Data.Manager, File.Manager allows files to be stored in external management systems (e.g. SharePoint, SDMS, Azure, Amazon S3) and file shares, such as NAS and WebDAV. Because Data.Manager maintains the file location, only a configuration change is required if the storage location or technology changes.

  • Define business rules to determine which file types and sizes should be stored remotely or remain in E-WorkBook.
  • Links stay intact if the remote storage location changes.
  • Create subfolders based on E-WorkBook hierarchy or properties.
