Since the first tick@lab implementation in 2014, a-tune has had significant success in developing its tick@lab customer base in Scandinavia. Over the last year the Scandinavian tick@lab user community has doubled with new customers joining from both academia and the pharmaceutical industry. The complete and integrated functionality covering compliance, transgenic breeding animal management and billing to name just a few core functions, and the flexibility for Cloud/SaaS or on-premise installation packages gives our clients the choice and flexibility that they are looking for in this changing climate.
Following a challenging year of no travel and the double postponement of the ScandLAS meeting for 2020 we have survived! We are proud to continue to support our customers to effectively manage, store and retrieve their data from no matter where they are working.
Since my first trip to Scandinavia I fell in love with its beauty and culture. Growing this market has proven challenging at times but has given me plenty of opportunities to visit several countries and meet with different members of the research community. I now look forward to the continued growth of our user community in this area, and further strengthening the tick@lab user family.
