5th Annual tick@lab User Group Meeting in the US a success!
It is with great pleasure we would like to announce another successful tick@lab a-tune INC User Group Meeting (UGM)! The 5th Annual tick@lab Training Symposium and User Conference was held in Charleston, South Carolina at the Wild Dunes Resort located on the Isle of Palms. We were lucky that Charleston was spared by Hurricane Dorian and our conference was not impacted at all, allowing us to enjoy the great place, weather and most of all meeting.
This year 19 organizations were represented at the meeting which brought 42 participants from Hong Kong, (China), New Zealand, Australia, USA and Germany. It was truly an international conference!
The new tick@lab version 3.0 was the hit of the meeting as a-tune provided an insight into all the new features and functions of this amazing release. Highlights included the new user interface and dozens of improvements and new functionalities, many of which had been previously requested by UGM attendees.
As always training was the focus of the meeting along with a chance to network with colleagues.
The week also proved to be additionally exciting with the on-boarding of two new members to the a-tune family. a-tune were delighted to receive the news that we had been selected to supply tick@lab to these new customers in USA and Canada!
In closing everyone left the conference filled with increased knowledge from a great training experience, some new friends and acquaintances from the successful networking and some great memories to last a lifetime.
